Marina Cerritos Condominiums is a new residential development at the North end of Mazatlan. It is a quiet, family friendly community with 7 different pools, (including a wave simulation pool) a games area and gym! All of this, and just a 15 minute walk to the Cerritos beach!

​This brand new condo is on the third floor and overlooks one of the 6 pools. ​The condo is tastefully decorated and is equipped with the necessities. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a large closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.

​The kitchen is complete with large and small appliances, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There is also a full-size stacked washer and dryer in the service area.

​The living room looks-out onto the pool below, and lets in a lot of natural light. The sofa is also a queen-size sleeper sofa.

​Internet is provided, as well as A/C in all of the rooms. This condo will also accept small dogs, with payment of a pet-fee to cover the additional cleaning needed.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available. If you drive down, there is one parking spot included as well.
