"I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap."

He gave us a room on the fourth floor when we got there, we couldn’t use, it had a ladder/tools, I t was hot, meaning the a/c wasn’t on, so, had to go back down & get another room. After all that inconvenience, it was wonderful after that, nice a/c ..."
