"We stayed here for 1 night and I wished I stayed more. The hotel was fresh and clean, the staff were amazing, always greeting us on the way in and way out. The rooms are of high standard and very clean. I will be staying here again in the future for sure. Great location and everything was lovely especially the executive lounge. Thank to the team at Makarem burj al Madina."

"The hotel is modestly price and is excellent for an individual or family to stay depending on their needs while staying in Madinah. I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. During my stay at Al Jawar Al Rahmah, I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of some of the hotel staff. However, prospective guests should be aware that the hotel's shuttle bus service to and from the Haram (Masjid an-Nabawi) is no longer operating. For transportation to the Haram, it is possible to find local drivers who will take passengers for approximately 5 SAR per person. However, returning from the Haram may be more complicated, and the fare may not necessarily be the same. I personally did not use a local driver for the return journey because of the language barrier and the difficulty of explaining exactly where the hotel is located. For this reason, I found Careem or Uber to be more convenient option, when returning to the hotel. This transportation situation is particularly important for elderly guests, people with disabilities or mobility limitations, and anyone planning to visit Masjid an-Nabawi frequently. I recommend that guests plan their transportation arrangements in advance rather than relying on the previously available shuttle service. This hostel is in a quiet residential neighborhood that has a variety of food options that are priced for locals unlike the city center. The Masjid next door is excellent and clean"
