I booked for 3 nights. Sent an email to them and text to ask to push forward my one night as I got sick in Makkah. When I got to the hotel they refused to accommodate my request despite having paid via hotels.com 3 nights. The customer service is terrible. They do not care about you needs since they get lots of groups staying at their hotel. Despite asking them several times and informing them in advance of my condition to not be able to make it to the first night they were very cold in their response. I would not stay there again. It’s overpriced for no reason. The ladies gate is still a long walk.

I recently stayed at your hotel in Madina. The location is excellent, and the property itself has great potential. staff is very friendly, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner. However, the room maintenance needs improvement. The bathroom had a loose shower door, later they fixed it after few requests and the exhaust system was not strong enough to remove the odor. Because of this, the smell from the bathroom would spread into the room. I’m sharing this feedback so it can be addressed for future guests. Thank you.
