## The Home

Inside, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room:

* Two master king suites, each with an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy
* One queen bedroom with a shared bathroom
* One bunk bedroom featuring a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top
* One sleeper sofa in the living room
* Every bedroom includes its own TV

Even better, there is a **public boat ramp approximately 3 minutes from the house**, making launching your boat quick and convenient. After launching, you can bring your trailer back to the property, where there is plenty of room for trailer parking.

## Pool & Spa Heating

**Pool and spa heating are included at no additional charge.**

**Heating Schedule:**
Pool: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Spa: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously. Temperatures and schedules may be adjusted within reason for guest comfort.

## Included Starter Amenities

Sandy Palms Vacations provides a complimentary starter kit that includes:

* Shampoo and hand soap
* Toilet paper
* Paper towels
* Dishwasher detergent
* Laundry detergent

These items are provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their stay.

Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

* Maximum occupancy: 10 guests at any time, including visitors
* No pets
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Up to two boats and two boat trailers permitted
* Parking for up to four vehicles
* Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
* Check-out is by 10:00 AM

Our Quality Control Team will inspect the property on the day of arrival to ensure everything is ready for a memorable check-in experience.

Arrival instructions and your access code will be emailed approximately 48 hours before arrival.

For security purposes, the home has exterior surveillance cameras monitoring the outside of the property only.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by themselves or members of their party during their stay.

Our cleaning practices include contactless check-in and check-out, professional cleaning between reservations, and thorough cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces such as countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets.
