While I appreciate the hotel’s attempt to compensate with a complimentary cruise basket, the gesture felt insufficient given the severity of the disruption and its impact on my rest. On a positive note, the hotel itself is genuinely nice. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall ambiance are commendable, and under normal circumstances, I would have enjoyed my stay. The staff was professional, and the accommodations met my expectations in terms of comfort and design. However, the alarm incident overshadowed these positives. My concern is how such incidents are handled and prevented. A 4:20 AM alarm suggests either a maintenance issue or inadequate testing protocols. Guests deserve better communication before, during, and after such events, along with more meaningful compensation when their sleep and comfort are compromised. If the hotel addresses its emergency alarm procedures and guest communication protocols, I would be willing to give it another chance in the future. For now, I rate this experience as disappointing, though not entirely negative."
