There was not an elevator and our room was on the second floor. Also, the security lock on the parking lot door was broken so anyone could enter the hotel through that door. Lastly, they did not clean our room after the first day and did not leave extra new towels. Had to go to the desk to request towels for the second day.

Hotel was old and smelled of deodorizer they use to cover up cigarette smoke. They “accidentally “ overcharged my card but was later removed. Pictures looked good but place was old. Not recommended for the price.

Had to body slam my room (102) door to get in every time. I think the mechanism wasn’t retracting far enough. Handicap room with shower chair and walk in shower was perfect. Plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable.

The property is very dated and could use updating. The carpet needs cleaning or updated as well. The shower curtains are tattered and need replaced. The floors in the bathroom were less than clean and saw hair left after cleaning. Breakfast was fine and the staff member was very pleasant.

Hollis

Cleanliness is my top priority and this hotel got top ratings for that. Our air conditioner was very noisy, which led to some interrupted sleep but it was cool and the bed comfortable. Staff was great and the price very reasonable. I’d stay again and just hope for a different room and AC.
