Very nice hotel! I've stayed there before and came back agsin. I recommend that place for anyone who is on a budget that wants to get the 5 star treatment. The breakfast buffet was great. Will stay there again soon. 😊

Everything about this hotel is great – the staff, the building, the quality and cleanliness of the room,! My only problem was, I never got my room to be warm enough, because the air conditioner was freezing, and you can’t turn heat on!

I like that it has plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance but the room is too small. The bathroom is tiny. There was no lotion, no face towel. You have to ask this from the front desk which I find inconvenient. The staff are great though. No other small table to put your stuff on aside from 1 side table between beds. No chair as well. Carpets are dirty.

Room had no hair dryer for the wife and the TV was very difficult to change channels. Had to switch input but if you change channels it goes back to static. You had to edit the channel then figure out how to select it to watch.

Poor customer service from the guard, front desk agent to the host of the restaurant. The guard doesn’t offer to assist with your luggage, just looking at you. The front desk did not swipe my credit card for incidentals and called the safe is not working nobody fixed it.
