No hot water in kitchen sink. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working aT all. Toilet seat loose. Very little lighting in kitchen area. Air-conditioning not working properly. TV not working properly as advertised. Toilet paper holder pulling out of wall . Paint work in unit Very poor condition ,paint pealing and cracked walls. Not enough cooking utensils. Overall should not be able too rent out. Me and the missus were unhappy
