An 4 minute drive to McIntyre Ski Area skiing resort, An 8 minute drive to the Derryfield country club, and an 11 minute drive to Tri-town ice arena for ice-skating and playing hockey, 4 minutes drive to downtown Manchester’s main strip with great restaurants. I’m Take a scenic, fall foliage drive to the White Mountains or down the Kancamagus Highway.
