Dolce by Wyndham La Hulpe Brussels
"Hotel itself was very good, spacious with great walking/biking trails. Pool and spa facilities were good, although it would be better if they had another 1 or 2 pools (ample space in the hotel). Breakfast was great. Parking was free which is a great bonus. Also has loads of electric chargers. Negatives: - aircon in the room was outdated and wasn’t very good - front desk is understaffed. Getting help or even asking a simple query can take ages waiting in line. - pool can only be booked 1 hour slot per day which is a big restriction. The restriction makes sense to stop overcrowding but there should be extra facilities to allow more time in the pool - pool area is within the spa, so the staff/guests are not very friendly with children. You are not allowed to make any noise! Which is impossible swimming with kids, and not very fun either! Kids swimming time ends at 6pm. So adults can book outside this time to avoid the noise. This rule should really be amended. And better, there should be a a family friendly swimming pool seperate to this area. Overall the hotel was great with good facilities. Just needs a bit more family friendly rules."
