You get what you pay for.

It’s an okay hotel for the price. Shoutout to the house keeping team. Every day the room was organized, cleaned and ready. They would charge €5 if you want silverware brought to your room. Front desk staff 10 out of 10. Room service 5 out of 10.

Perfect location to explore Madrid. Nice rooftop bar! Spacious, clean rooms, and helpful staff. We were allowed to check in early, with an upgraded room. Would definitely stay here again.

First, staff was so friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, they took our bags while we got changed and let us know when our rooms were ready. Great breakfast and don't forget the rooftop bar. Perfectly located in Centro district, very walkable or metro nearby if needed.
