The airport shuttle was on time and the hotel is close to the airport. Unfortunately there was NO WATER so no shower and no flushing the toilet. This was not the fault of the hotel but I think they should give a discount for the room or arrange for guests to go somewhere else!

I picked the hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. But it was better than I thought it would be. The facilities are beautiful and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Todo excelente, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones limpias e insonoras, restaurante bueno, en varios aspectos supera las expectativas. Único detalle quizá fue lo complicado del transporte público para alguien que viajó a Madrid por primera vez, pero usar Uber lo simplifica. Así que 100% recomendado.

Aweful service, heating in our room didn't work had to go to the front desk 4 times until they switched our room, the next day the shuttle was full and they didnt let us in even though we asked to take the shuttle at that specific hour when we checked in. The next shuttle was in 1.5 hours - how can an airport hotel have the next airport shuttle in only 1.5hours??? AVOID
