The staff are amazing in the hotel. We don’t speak Spanish and they gave us their full effort to communicate with us. We asked for suggestions being first time travellers and they gave us brochures and looked activities up for us and the availability. The cleaners came through daily they are amazing. Location is good to walk to lots of local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall good experience. Just no coffee machine in the room and the furniture is quite old. But the bed was enormous and ultra comfortable! The location is very good, right in front of the world famous twin towers. Great connection by buses and trains with the city center etc. Takes about 30 mins to reach prime locations.

The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom.
