Very disappointed! Furniture in the room was old and broken. Paid a rate for 4 adults and had one bed and a sofa bed that was absolutely HORRIBLE! One tv in the middle of the room on top of an old dresser that swiveled, No ac in the room only heat during march, had to open windows and couldn’t sleep due to street noise. Roof top bar is very beautiful BUT food was expensive and not good quality. Asked for a cafe bonbon and was given a warm expresso with a packet of condensed milk on the side. Was also asked to pay while we were in the middle if having dinner. Asked why? It turns out it’s pay as you go. Unbelievable. You can take our money but you can’t trust us to pay. Asked for a taxi at the concierge desk, was told to walk around the corner to the taxi stand. They didn’t call one until I insisted. The only persons that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome were Ismely and Hector (great job) always had a smile and were willing to help as you walked in and out of the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Big busy hotel…lively fort those who appreciate crowds. Top floors bars were great. Didn’t like the carpets and the superior king bedroom felt a bit squeezed for 2 adults 1 kid and 1 toddler. But they had crib and sofa bed ready on arrival. Bathroom was clean and adequate.

Best hotel of Madrid

Excellent hotel. Superb views. Very lovely and very polite staff. They will open the door of the hotel every time you arrive. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Plaza. The Gran Via avenue is awesome for walk. I think one of the best hotels you can stay in Madrid. There is also the crazy rooftop bar with the iconic foto of the city.
