I was left standing outside of the apartment unable to get in as the check in instructions were incorrect. I sent multiple messages asking the correct code to enter and was sent the same link over and over again as well as told the same answer over and over again which was wrong. I sent pictures and was ignored. Finally after demanding a refund I was sent the correct code to enter the apartment which an apology after sitting on the ground outside in a new country with nowhere to go. After finally gettin in the WiFi did not work. The apartment was clean but the check in process was enough for me to book another place and not return.

Terrible Check In Process

The check-in process was terrible. The address they provided was slightly incorrect, so map apps couldn't get me directly there. The property management company also gave me an incorrect gate code, an incorrect building code and an incorrect door code. None of them worked, yet the person at the property management company just kept telling me to view their website portal and use the code. It took over an hour for the company to provide a working code. Once inside, the unit was as described. Very basic, but as described. It wasn't sparkling clean, but decently clean.

La habitación para una persona está bien, para dos personas mayores de 70 años se quedó pequeña y para una estancia larga también, no tenían donde hacer las comidas y donde guardar sus cosas. Se ofrecía en el anuncio los servicios de gimnasio y piscina cubierta y no nos informaron que la piscina está en mantenimiento toda la estancia y las máquinas del gimnasio solo funcionaba una o dos las demás estropeadas. Eso me pareció muy mal gestionado porque si lo hubieran informado habríamos tomado medidas como apuntarlo a un gimnasio o algo y tampoco ante la reclamación hicieron nada, solo pedir disculpas por los inconvenientes. Otro tema fue que cuando quisimos amplíar la estancia una noche no se pudo hacer como una ampliación sino como un nuevo check in, nos hicieron registrarnos de nuevo, nos cambiaron el código y de 11 a 16 no pudieron entrar a la habitación porque el código no servía, después llamé y me activaron el código antes pero fue mucho trámite y estrés para alargar una noche.
