Great hotel to stay in Alcobendas, near Madrid. The area is not a touristic one, but it’s close to shopping centres and the Madrid Barajas Airport. Great staff and services, but they have some issues with the A/C in some of the rooms.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The room was very comfortable and clean, but my only concern was the smell of sewage coming from our restroom. We had room #234 and the smell of sewerage never left despite us opening up the window to let it air out throughout the day. Overall great experience but please get that checked out ASAP.

It was a business trip ,so I preferred to choose an hotel close to IFEMA fair. The room was clean, comfortable, suitable for a quiet work, breakfast for very good compared to the price. The snack and dinner menu can be extended. The staff was helpfull.
