Very bare bones. Shower had no hot water the first day and six minutes of hot water the second day. Breakfast was good.

The place is super well located right on La Gran Via and that makes it a bit loud, but if you keep all shutters down will be better. It’s an old place where U can stay without great expectations, staff is friendly and I can’t tell U about the amenities because I didn’t use it. Ideal for a short stay no more than 2 days.

The hotel has a great location on the Gran Via. It sits within a block that houses other businesses with reception on the 6th floor. My room was small and basic, but was clean with an excellent shower. Small balcony did over some excellent views over the city. I didnt take up the offer of breakfast so cant comment on how good this was. Useful facility to check in and out online which helped speed up the process.

The room is clean, but small. The breakfast is average. The hotel is in a great location, the famous Calle Gran Via.

The room was too cold, the thermostat did not work. Thank God for the thick blankets. Checking in at night was scary. No coffee maker in the room. The morning staff was nice though.

This is a typical old style hotel for an urban centre in Spain. Small room but quite adequately equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. The location is excellent and it was accessible vis a bus or walking (40 minutes) to the train station. I would stay there again.
