Room next door was excessively loud. Had to request a move to another room. Loud guests in lobby overnight. Laundry room not stocked with laundry products of sale. Breakfast was made to order but was average at best. Room service didn’t pick up room, or pickup towels or refreshed toiletries on 4 of the 6 days I stayed. Something was missed each day. Very inconsistent room service. Place seemed understaffed, front desk was often unattended.

The people and place were excellent. The place was busy and seemed full with a school sports team staying there. Regardless the place stayed clean, the breakfast was timely and made to order. The rooms are a little dated but that definitely doesn't matter when everything is kept clean.

This is the first time that I have written a room review. However, I felt it was important to let others know how happy I was with our stay. The staff was super friendly, everything that we needed (yes, shopping is a need) was within walking distance, and the cleanliness was above par. The workout area was one of the better that I have seen at a Best Western, and the shower/bathtub in our room was awesome. If you want a nice, more affordable option stay here and take the bus that stops a short walk away to downtown Madison.

The property itself is good. The new apartments next door have no parking apparently except for the street which is not a standard width. Makes it squishy to drive to the hotel. Quiet and clean though.

Suprising little gem in Madison

Chad at the front desk was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was one of the the best I've had at a hotel. The beds were verh comfortable and the room was large. The decor and furniture is dated but the other things made up for it.
