Our home is clean and thoroughly sanitized before and after each stay. You can breathe easy with our hypoallergenic pillows, mattresses, and pillow protectors—no sneezing or tossing and turning here!

The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and a window with an ocean view. You can whip up some culinary masterpieces while enjoying the scenic backdrop. Talk about cooking with a view!

The primary bedroom suite is fit for royalty, complete with an HDTV and an en suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. It's like your own personal oasis!

Bedroom 1 has a cozy queen bed, while Bedroom 2 boasts two comfy twins. Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs and cable for your entertainment pleasure.

Our bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and a hairdryer to cover your needs. We provide a starter set of supplies to get you started on your stay.

The kitchen and dining area are primed and ready for your culinary adventures. We've got all the essential equipment you'll need, and the dining area can comfortably seat 4.

A quick heads-up: our home doesn't have a water line for the refrigerator to make ice, but fear not! We provide an ice tray to keep your beverages nice and chilled.

We love furry friends, but unfortunately, no dogs are allowed in this home. As for other animals, they'll have to catch a different vacation ride.

Parking is a breeze with free space for 2 vehicles. Just remember to park in the driveway—street parking is a no-go.

During your stay, you'll have access to the home, pool, gym, multi-purpose courts, football field, and a Public beach located just a short 5-minute walk from the gate.

☆ You can do laundry!

☆ Air conditioning & ceiling fans are located in all bedrooms and the living room. They work amazingly to ensure you are kept cool. Plus, Plenty of windows!

If you're in the mood for a backyard BBQ, we've got you covered with a charcoal BBQ grill and charcoal provided. Just remember to clean the grill (if used) before checking out.

Although the home has been treated for pests please remember to keep all doors closed as we live in Jamaica and insects/ bugs tend to come in when windows/doors are left open.

Now, let's talk power! While the island may occasionally experience power outages from the Island's Power Provider, rest assured we've got you covered with emergency kits to keep you prepared and comfortable during any unexpected situations.

Awesome place

This place was everything .... I come to Jamaica every three months give or take I have stayed all over this by far is one off the best properties I have stayed at. The neighborhood was quiet and decor top notch... Would definitely go back

The property was nice, about an hour away from Montego Bay however. The community is nice, security guards also but they do have some young individuals who lack manners. Outside of that, the stay was good and family orientated.

The property is nicely maintained and clean. It is very secure. A timely response is received from the host. There aren't many places within walking distance. Avenge yourself by going to the front area, where there is a clubhouse, gym, pool, and outdoor area. In addition to the house, the outside area is also nice..

Little Paradise

The home is lovely, it was like a little paradise. Everywhere were clean , the beds were comfortable and we were not bother by the host ,they gave us our privacy. the only thing I would suggest is to build up the shower a little higher so when you take a shower it does not flow over on the bathroom floor. I will definitely stay there again and would also recommend anyone to stay there.

We enjoyed our 2 stays at Recess! The area is very safe, house is clean, beds are very comfy. Unfortunately there isn’t much around in terms of grocery or dining but if you’re out and about during the day this is a great spot to return to and relax at! Pool and lounging area is also very nice!! Only improvement would be better stock of laundry/dish soap type items. Pool towels might also be a nice touch!

Nice housing complex. Well laid out with consistent architecture and great amenities - two pools, 2 tennis courts, gym, common area and table tennis board, football field and basketball court. Opposite grand palladium. Location is about 5 minutes from nearest Lucea town with not much to offer, and half hour from Montego Bay city where you get everything. Two small towns nearby. Property right on the beach, well on the other side of the road that is adjacent to the beach. Good communication with management and always responsive. Loved it!!

A thumbs-up for every aspect of the property which was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Hosts were very accommodating and were really responsive to queries about wi-fi outages. The availability of a kettle would be the only suggestion for equipment inclusion in the property. I would highly recommended property.
