The rooms are adequate the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is acceptable. However the general maintenance of the building needs attention. Dirty windows, dirty railings, dirty stairways. But inside the room everything was fine. I slept really well mainly because was very quiet

Check in gentleman (Richard) was really nice and this was just a quick stop while passing through and not our normal stay. BUT the bathroom had not been cleaned before we were checked in and was covered in hair. The window was also missing the curtain to block out the bright street lights and early morning sun. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy at all, but definitely would have gone elsewhere had I known what I was getting.

Everything in the room worked everything was clean and spotless the staff was very sweet especially Miss Jenny thank you Ms Jenny the pool was clean although it was a little cold but that was just because the ceiling fan was on and it's kind of an open pool but we enjoyed every moment. We will be back

If you would’ve seen the mattress when I took the sheets off to check for bedbugs, it was so stained and nasty. Even the mattress pad was nasty. I took pictures.

The room itself was not fantastic, I had to waste at least 1 hour of my life getting room key cards redone because they wouldn't work at the gym, on my actual door or on the side door to the parking lot. The biggest thing was when there was some snow. The first morning after it snowed I got stuck in the parking lot for 10 minutes. I called the front desk and asked if the parking lot would be plowed by the time I returned. I was told when the snow stopped it would be. I returned at 1130 pm and it wasn't and I ended up getting stuck again at the main entrance for at least 30 minutes. How do you not have a contractor arranged to handle snow removal? Totally unacceptable. Also, I went to go get some a la carte breakfast to bring back to my room and I was told by one staff member that they were sure if it was available... Then I went and they said only the buffet was available, Why have a damn al a carte menu if you can't order anything from it?

The parking lot was very dangerous due to the snow and I got stuck 5 times in the lot and nobody not even the employees offered to help me out get my truck . I am a fairly large woman with health issues and a bag leg . I had to walk to the main entrance and almost fell in the parking lot .

the only problem I had was that there was no dry wine in the bar! You only had a small amount on Friday, but no one restocked for Saturday. we all really liked the bartender, but it would have been nice to have some good wine on Saturday!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Such a pleasant check in experience. Ample parking so I was able to park close to the nearest entry closest to my room. Plenty of amenities on site as well as nearby. The room was provided with plenty of towels and washcloths as well as pillows for the bed. Overall, an enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
