Since this is a casino hotel, there is often noise and activity throughout the night, with people running and shouting. Unless you're planning to stay awake all night, this may not be the ideal place for you. My experience was quite disappointing. I was traveling for business and had an early morning conference via Zoom meeting, so I was extremely tired and frustrated. When I checked in, the two young ladies at the front desk were unhelpful and unfriendly, appearing bored and uninterested in assisting guests, offering no guidance or assistance. On the plus side, the hotel itself is quite nice, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. However, it would be much better if they enforced a quiet policy on the hotel floors to ensure a more restful environment..
