The man at the front desk that checked me in was very polite and helpful. He scheduled an uber to transport me to the Burbank airport. The hotel has a contract with ride share companies versus their own shuttle, which is included in the room price. The drive was only 5min. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

Lift arrived on time and was good. Fredo on the front desk was GREAT! The biggest disappointment was the lack of cell phone chargers. Most hotel/motel's have built-in cell/laptop chargers. Rooms need to be updated with at least lamps that contain the latest phone hook-ups. Also, the front desk had no complementary shaving cream. Bummer! FYI: We didn't use the pool. You need an N/A choice for that one.

Hotel was great, very clean and spacious. Guy checking us in became difficult when there was some confusion over a second room. It put a downer on our stay as it's not what we expected. Other than that, the stay was great.

Pro: The room itself was nice, clean, like the blackout curtains. Staff was very nice. Con: you’re right next to the freeway so you can hear the cars at night, no microwave in the room and you have to call for housekeeping every day if you want it, its not automatic. The staff were very nice and the room was mostly clean. However, they leave the dirty laundry sitting outside some of the rooms on the first floor, so I’m not sure if that is what’s causing a very bad smell of garbage as you’re walking from the lobby to the rooms. The parking is also narrow and limited. A plus was the Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel.

No kitchen here. No complimentary/continental breakfast. Just a restaurant on site. No one was in there all week. Room was clean. Not a hotel. Its a motel right off of the highway exit and very noisy. Rooms walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. For the price its okay. I'd rather not stay right off of the highway. Plus there was no where to walk in the mornings. Very commercial area.
