Parking is hit or miss. Basically you have to park on the street. I think they say they have a parking lot that you can rent for $20 a day. Very cute boutique hotel and yes, I would stay there again.

Fantastic property (which seems fairly recently refurbed but was having a paint job as I departed. Hopefully they’ll get the proper numbers on the doors soon!) great staff and the rooms are lovely. Perfect location for my needs, around downtown and the oceanfront.

The Hotel itself has it's Charm. The Staff & Customer Service are very nice. Around the property is not so charming when dog owners don't pick up after their pets' deposits and there should be parking regulations for individuals living in their vehicles parked right outside The Hotel.

Room is clean and i am suprise that they have dyson in the room. But you need pay extra for a "lobby" to rest in public or have a meeting. Room it too small to have a meeting. Breakfast is poor. Outside walk way have too much pet poop!
