The advertising doesn't match the property, it was extremely smelly and very unpleasant and also charged extra for parking space. States breakfast included but was only only offering one type of cereal and coffee. The male receptionist was the friendliest member of staff.

Worst Hotel Ever!!
Awful… I checked in and immediately got attitude.. the bill just kept getting longer and longer.. I was charged the $361.00 then it was a $50.00 deposit.. then it was $75.00 for parking and then each transaction had its own 3% processing fee on the hotel amount and then was charged 3% for the parking. I asked for a blanket because the sheets were so thin. I was told that’s what the heater is for.. Uhhhh it’s too loud and I can’t keep it running all night long.. The lady Gaby was so rude .. I finally asked her if this was a youth hostel and had I missed something in booking. She said no the was a hotel .. Check out was with her and very cold ..

one of the worst property i ever stayed , No proper heater, no soaps even we after we asked we paid 226usd for 2nights for 4people , when we ask the desk person in the morning for extra soap its was such rude attitude she said me that the she dosent own the hotel n they are only allowed to give 1 complimentary soap for each room, yesterday she was person who checked us she saw we are 4 people no towels nothing. Management should take care to give some respect to customers.
