There was a homeless man in the parking area, felt immediately unsafe. Staff was not very hospitable. Room was noisy can hear the airplanes and can feel the building actually move back and forth. Plus many of the people upstairs woke up at 6am and made a lot of noise and woke up everyone including my baby. Then again at 6:30, this went on all morning long, too loud to sleep.

Very nice lobby, hallway carpets very clean, first impression of the room was... WOW! The room was very clean. Right away I am thinking of a five star review. The floor was not carpeted, but wood flooring! I love that. The chairs were not fabric! I usually put a towel down. Who knows what is on the fabric chairs! Naked butts or whatever. The bed is important to me. I get the hee bee gee bees with getting into a bed that has different occupants in it every night. Also worried about bed bugs. I slept well... until the person in the floor above started walking on their wood floor.
