My family have been staying here for years and this was the first time I was actually pretty disappointed. Our bathroom in our room was dirty, there were clumps of black hair all over the floor and in the drain that caused our shower to clog. The carpet also needed a good vacuum. But the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was disappointing as well with mutliple days of eggs and thin slices of ham. It was so gross. We used to look forward to the breakfast!

I think the room was acceptable. The ceiling and walls in bathroom could have been better cleaned and scoured, but we had a good stay. Friendly staff and close to highway and shopping.

Room was clean, but showerhead had a lot of water buildup on it so the spray was not great. Was very difficult to find a good temperature too. It would be too hot and then too cold at the same setting. My only true complaint was the breakfast was pretty awful. The waffle maker didn’t seem like it got hot enough or something was wrong with the batter because the outside of the waffle was cooked. The inside was raw. They were basically inedible. They had scrambled eggs and ham as well, and the ham looked like deli meat that had been taken out of a container and thrown into the warmer. It was pretty gross

I love this hotel

Hot tub was clean but broken the night we were there. The staff was beyond amazing! Very nice people working there. The room was clean and needs were very comfortable, water pressure was pretty bad in the shower. AC worked great. Breakfast was pretty good except the toaster and waffle make were broken.

One thing I didn't like is how quickly they pack up the breakfast. The clock in the lobby was about three minutes fast, but when it hit 9:30 am (weekdays), they were already lpacking food away. If you get there when you think you had a couple minutes to still grab something to eat, you're probably going to be too late.

This is not the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel, but this is definitely the worst experience. When pulling up to unload the vehicle with our kids for a Six Flags weekend, there were IV needle caps all over the parking lot. Once we got to our room room seemed to clean first night we slept all of us were covered in bug bites. Second night our shower stopped working. I told the front desk three times was never moved. Rooms was told that a manager would call me by 9:30 AM which we did not receive the phone call. This was definitely one of the worst days ever.

Good: Check in staff were friendly and very professional. Hot tub in room was very nice indeed. Not so good: Internet was bad. Breakfast was the worst---use IHOP close by Bad: Couch in the room smelled and was dirty. Maybe picked up from local homeless encampment. Carpet worn out threadbare. Way overpriced.
