"This is a lovely, clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff, at a very good value. Super family friendly. The pool is very nice, and the rooms are nice if not super modern or fancy. We rented the penthouse for two families, and it worked out very well. Kitchen needs better stocking - no large bowls, for example - but it worked fine for the couple of meals we cooked there. We all loved this hotel. A little outside of the main center of town, but within walking distance. Worth it to us for the price. A great spring break stay for our group, and would definitely book again. "

The next day she wasn’t working and after the check out time when we were checking out, they told me I needed to pay for the extra time. They ended up not charging me after I challenged it. Rooms were nice enough. Two sheets on the bed, no blanket. Towels were a bit threadbare. Food and drinks were very good at the restaurant. Location was beautiful. "

"Rooms at Hacienda Suites Loreto are about what you’d expect from a 2-star hotel. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Our room had no refrigerator, but more “delux” rooms did. We had to request our AC be re-programmed to cool lower than 78 degrees. Staff friendly, but some spoke little English. Daily breakfast was excellent. Pool and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of seating and shade. Rooftop installation of solar panels made afternoon naps impossible."
