"A really easy and convenient place to stop when travelling using the train or ferry from/to the UK. Room small but clean and functional. Staff very helpful, easy and safe parking. "Check in was smooth, and the receptionist had good English. The room had a nice outlook over the golf course. The bathroom was very nice, with a bath and shower over, and it was good to have a separate toilet. The desk/table in the room was all marked, and needs replacing. There were only 4 tea bags, 2 Earl Grey, and 2 Green Tea, which was disappointing for us English who like a breakfast tea. There was an empty glass water bottle in the room, and if you wanted water you had to go down to reception. We felt they could at least have given you a full bottle of water in the room. The bar area looked nice, but had a very limited bar menu. Outside on the patio, it was hard to get out of the burning sun as there were no umbrellas, so we went back inside. Breakfast had a good selection, but unfortunately the cooked items were only luke warm, despite going for breakfast at 6:45am, which was a shame. "
