Shankley hotel clean and great stay.

Had Great time 4 people. Easy check in, Hotel located handy to everything in city. Had requested 4 seperate beds in one room and got it, big bath with Shower and all gels ect. all clean what more could you want.

Was there to celebrate my mums birthday 7 people in total in 2 rooms, everything was fine but would have preferred a walk-in shower as my mum can’t get into bath but not available. Receptionist very friendly and helpful but on Friday came back to pickup cases and queue was out the door thankfully a member of restaurant staff got me the cases so didn’t have to stand in queue.

Decent stay at a very reasonable price

Stayed for 3 nights in March. Requested a luxury room for two of us, got the biggest room imaginable! Room was super clean, beds were comfy, jacuzzi bath was great to unwind in. Location is excellent, 5 mins from the station in what we found to be a quiet part of town. We had a view of Radio City and the Anglican cathedral from our 5th floor window, which overlooked the bus station. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We did think a few things could be different, there isn't a lot of storage space for a room this size (for two it was fine), the lead for the kettle was quite short and finding a socket to plug it into was tricky, and there was no mini bar/fridge.

Fantastic hotel

Hotel was perfect location for a one night trip, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and jacuzzi bath was a real treat. Very clean and comfortable.
