The only issue I had was that when taking my car to the underground car part the car scraped the floor at the bottom of the ramp. On speaking with other guests they also mentioned this.. no warning signs at all.

The room was surprisingly large - there was no single supplement - it was a double bed room with sofa bed. it was very clean and in good condition; there were indications of cleaning - bed leg veneers were chipped, on edges by vacuum cleaner head use - much as you would expect given the high quality of cleaning. Very impressed by "card vault" to put power to room on/off, first time I had seen/used one (maybe a sticker on it or wall explain use would be useful); but, a great safety feature. There were stickers on computer monitors in reception for Electrical Safety in the Workplace 1989 - PAT testing inspection, but, I did not see any on the appliances in room (kettle, hair drier, TV)? Very large windows with good curtains - one set daylight net the other a heavier sound/light proof set. On my stay, one of the lifts was not working; surprised, a company the size of Hilton group, appears not to have lift engineer service on 24 hour call. As impressed with cleanness/condition of room, as I was, it was then very impressive that this quality of service extended through out the hotel. Staff of the hotel brilliant - friendly, efficient, helpful.

Stained furniture, dusty surfaces eg particularly on the mezzanine near the window, outside windows could do with a professional clean, broken light switches and shower fittings and loose floor tile in bathroom. Bed was comfortable, nice clean towels overall presentation of the my was good but let down by the above comments. We chose this hotel because we stayed at the one in Edinburgh that was a complete contrast to Liverpool.

Comfortable but needs a little maintenance

Tom was clean and comfortable. However one lift was out of function throughout our stay (2 nights) and the front fell off the sofa bed in my room. Check in staff were excellent and very helpful with luggage storage.

Rooms good size, needs a bit of touch up in bathroom queen bed very noisey getting in and out.Breakfast very good selection and nice. Near to Albert docks so good area. Staff very helpful and pleasant.Would definitely stay again

A poor place to stay

The sliding bathroom door was broken and impossible to open or close, mould in the shower, breakfast area too small, not enough tables, food poor quality and in first morning not ready at advertised time. Lift also not cleaned regularly. Overall embarrassing to think this is part of the Hilton chain of hotels.

Great location overlooking Royal Albert Docks. The staff is very nice both at reception and breakfast staff. Best bit is the safe convenient parking in the basement. Room was modern and clean. Would surely stay again.
