The rooms and around the hotel are very clean. The rooms feel homely as the are decorated and warm. Good choice of food at breakfast but the orange juice was watered down, which was a bit of a let down aswell as some of the gym facilities weren't working when I went to do a workout.

Hotel up keep is very good, breakfast is great, lots of options, tasty and food quickly replenished. Very convenient parking right under the hotel at a good prise. Staffing warm and welcoming and very helpful. Short walking distance to main shopping area. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend. I wish I had stayed longer.

Good room, great value for money when traveling with family. The location is terrific, its bang opposite Albert Dock where the main attractions of Liverpool are. There is a free breakfast but its absolutely a madhouse in the morning. The coffee machines weren't being filled fast enough so we ran out of coffee towards the end. The room itself was fantastic and bed/shower and toilets were well maintained without any issue. There was a wide view of the dock which was an added plus. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Room was ok, tv remote was missing. The bed was uncomfortable and mattress and pillows need replacing. Reception bar area was great, food was good too from the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was just that, nothing special.

Staff incredible. So kind and helpful. Hotel and room itself lovely. V clean and nice facilities. The only thing that lets it down is the hot breakfast options - all the food seems to have been overcooked, piled up and sat out for too long. We’ve been to this hotel before so it’s not a one off sadly. The cold options, the drinks and the waffle station are fab but we’ve been really disappointed by the cooked breakfasts both times.

Room lovely it was just the breakfast. Only scrsmbled eggs & just warm, grilled tomatoes very peppery & stewed. Sausage & bacon just ok. Sorry to say the worst breakfast we have had at hilton hamptons.
