Coffee from automatic machine was very average. Scrambled eggs seemed to have been reduced from adding (milk?) Room was fine and shower was good. staff were polite and helpful.

Great location, safe and secure car park, clean throughout, friendly staff. The menu options at breakfast were very impressive. The room itself was very good. Places to sit, which were comfortable, good sized bathroom, comfy bed, lots of pillows. Can't complain at all

Yes , the hotel downstairs morden. Very friendly staff, helpful as well.The room was sufficient, everything was nice and clean. But our mattress frame was attached i with tape, in broken place. The was no service clean the next day. Someone knocked when we were in and never came back . Found the towels we left on the floor still. Breakfast selection delicious,particularly loved the experience of making own waffle.However, the place was full of crumps absolutely everywhere the floor , the breakfast counter , the drink and the sitted areas . It remind me of Butlins and Greggs. This is my first time pay a lot of money for an upmarket , so I was very disappointed with the standard of cleanless and taped mattress. The next day, I opted to go early ,as I couldn't cope with the mess .there were a few crumbs, first table as you come out of the lobby and last night glasses but not as much as the first day .and the gentleman and the lady working were very nice and trying to keep up with cleaning . The night service was lovely too at the bar for drinks in the evening. The music and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I went up to sit upstairs, by the large window overlooking the front of the hotel . Absolutely glorious, seeing the night sky and observing the moon. Nice comfy luxurious chaird. However, the was left over cups there left by other people.I moved them over The next day morning, I was planning of having my morning coffee same place, but last night a mess there

Hotel was fine in a reason walk to Liverpool one and the docks, staff were friendly, breakfast adequate the bed however was awful it was rock hard and a very bad nights sleep won’t be returning

Limited choice for breakfast even the so called healthy choices were not that healthy as many sugar laden/carbohydrates etc. Cooked breakfast again limited and sausages looked dried up. Apart from that everything else was ok, Rooms clean near enough to centre to walk but far enough away to be quiet

Demi at the reception went extra mile to help us. All staff at the front office are exceptionally great. All the kitchen staff are very helpful. Great place to stay.
