Great location, clean and comfortable room. Can only mark down on the heat. It was impossible to cool the room down or open a window for fresh air which made the mornings quite unpleasant.

Clean and simple hotel in an excellent location in the middle of the action. The hotel does not have a proper entrance to be picked up or dropped off. You have a 5 minute walk down the alley to get to the entrance of hotel, which I personally found inconvenient. Especially when you have luggage or it’s raining. Also, sadly we were next to the elevator, so we could totally hear the elevators going up and down very early in the morning.

The room was very nice and clean but the shower was not very hot. The staff were lovely but the introduction was confusing. I didn't understand what all the different charges were and my bank statement suggests I paid twice. All needs to be more straightforward
