Great staff, incredibly friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, little basic but clean Bed was a little smaller than I'd expect, too. Could've just done with an extra bin and a desk in the room that's it Was fine for a short stay.

The wheelchair access ramp was unusable and unsafe and there was what we can only assume were disgusting human fluids on the floor by the bed. We have tried to sort this via email before writing this review but haven't heard back. It's a nice hotel in a nice area other than that, but if you're a wheelchair user please contact them about the ramp and be aware that it's really really steep.

The check-in process was smooth, but the room itself had several issues. There was a very strong smell of sewage backup or stagnant water, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the noise from flushing toilets in adjacent rooms was very disruptive. The dirty mirror and overall lack of attention to detail were frustrating, especially given the high price (£160 for the night) and the expectations that came with it. I won’t be rebooking in the future, nor will I recommend this hotel.

The only downside of my stay was being asked to submit my credit card details in case i trashed the room , and also being asked for photo id. Which fortunately i had on me in the form of my O.A.P bus pass. I have stayed at a number of Easy Hotels around the country and never been asked for these items so it kind of felt a bit strange , other than that initial issue all good .

Stayed here before and had no problems and was okay and relatively clean . Second time back and wasn’t great ,cards didn’t work to get in the room so was up and down trying to sort that with reception . Other thing was that the rook was freezing and when you put the heating up to 27/28 it’ll drop instantly to 19 which was ridiculous. Not a great sleep due to being cold over night .

Do not recommend!

My experience at easyHotel Liverpool was extremely disappointing and unsafe. When we first checked in, our room had not been cleaned—the bed was unmade, the shower was dirty, and the bins were still full from the previous guests. After complaining, we were moved to another room, but this was just the beginning of a series of issues. On our first night, a drunk man was shouting and arguing outside our room for hours. It felt incredibly unsafe, and when we tried to contact reception, we found there was no phone in the room. We had to search online for a contact number, only to discover that no one was there to answer. The hotel appears to be completely unmonitored overnight, which is a huge security risk. The facilities themselves were just as bad. The shower water was cold, and the bins were not emptied. Even in rooms with windows, they do not open, making the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable. The heating was practically nonexistent, and we froze all night. To make matters worse, on our last night, a drunk man had passed out outside the lift, blocking access. We couldn’t even get in or out, and an ambulance had to be called. Again, this reinforced how unsafe the hotel felt. The smoking area is directly at the main entrance, so every time you walk in or out, you’re hit with cigarette smoke. There is no proper lobby or second space to sit, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying here. The lack of cleanliness, secur
