The apt is ideal for Business Guests, Couples and small Families visiting Liverpool and is in the perfect location for exploring our wonderful city!

The Space:
Apartment Sleeps four Adults:

Living room:

• Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels.
• 1 Sofa Bed that can sleep 2 Guests or 2 Children.

Bedroom:

• Fitted with a King Bed for 2 guests.

Kitchen:

• Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, a Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.

Bathroom:

• The Bathroom has a separate Standing Shower, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

Please be aware that this apartment is within a Georgian townhouse located on a main road, with easy and direct access into the city centre, and has the original single glazed sash windows. These are a listed feature within the property, and certainly add to the charm.

We, as hosts, are extremely proud of these features and are thrilled to be able to share these with our guests. However, we do kindly ask you to note that as the windows are only single glazed, you can expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole Apartment, with the Communal Hallway shared with other Guests within the Building.

Our apartments also come with a self Check-In service which is accessed from the Communal Hallway.

This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is nestled in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, near the iconic St Luke’s Church, also known as ‘The Bombed Out Church,’ which frequently hosts events like open-air cinemas, beer festivals, and more.

You’re perfectly positioned in this historic neighbourhood, renowned for its charming architecture, elegant terraced houses, and quaint cobbled streets.

A short walk will take you to the city centre and some of Liverpool’s most exciting attractions, including the historic cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Don’t miss a visit to the vibrant Baltic Market, where you can savour a variety of delicious cuisines from local vendors!

Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is at the junction of Back Canning Street and Catharine Street just a 3 minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

For those travelling in/out of Liverpool via train the apartment is approximately an 18 minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and will usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can even take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get around town!

Other Things to Note:
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.

• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.

• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.


• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
