Charming Duplex apartment in Príncipe Real, Lisbon's best location, close to transports (metro), trendy shops, museums, restaurants and public parking lot. Quiet street.

This 18th century charming house was totally recovered but it kept its identity.

It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the first floor there's the kitchen (full equiped), the living and dinning room (free wifi and cable tv), one bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa that turns into a bed, accommodating 2 people.

On the second floor (no elevator), there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom each.
Both of the bedrooms have two single beds, that can be together or separated. The bedroom with the red stripes wallpaper also has a closet.

There's also the possibility to have a baby crib, just let me know.

The apartment has heaters.

It's the perfect place to enjoy our sunny Lisbon and have an authentic experience. Excellent place for families and groups of friends.

Loved this property! Host was very accommodating and kind. Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, property was clean. Our favorite part was the dryer for sure! After traveling for two weeks this was the first property we stayed in with a dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was perfect for our group of five. We stayed in Lisboa for two weeks and enjoyed the apartment as our home base. Check in was easy and Maria, our host let us check in early. That was especially nice after a long flight that we could settle in right from the airport. Maria left a nice bottle of Douro wine and some breakfast biscuits for us which was really thoughtful. She also made some recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer was helpful during our stay. Halfway thru our stay, Maria had the apartment cleaned which included fresh towels and linens. We really appreciated that extra! The location is great with plenty of eateries and transportation close by. We used Uber a lot and it always worked out well with quick pick ups. If we ever get back to Lisboa, we will definitely want to stay here and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great stay.

We loved our stay in Lisbon at Maria’s apartment. We arrived early and We were greeted warmly by Maria in person and she was kind enough to let us leave our luggage until the apartment was ready. Very quiet central location. Comfortable beds and pillows, lovely bright sitting/dining area. Apartment is exactly like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home!

We had a great stay for our short trip in Lisbon. Maria is an exceptional host, and truly wants to make her guests feel comfortable. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her home is lovely, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for two families. She was so helpful in making sure our youngest guest had a comfortable bed and offered her own child’s travel mattress and had it all made up for us! Great location, even a small cafe directly across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street

Our family (2 grandparents, 2 adults, a 3 year old, and a baby under 1) really enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently set up for a baby. This is very specific, but if anyone is traveling with a baby and wondering if there’s enough space for a Slumberpod, there is! The bedroom to the left upstairs has ample space for the crib and slumberpod, and it’s very quiet :) Our toddler also had a great set up. He stayed in the other room upstairs, which has an enormous walk in closet with a round window to the street. He pretended it was his pirate ship - loved looking out the window and inviting others to come in and play! One of my kids got sick while we were in Lisbon, and Maria responded to my questions quickly about where he could go for medical care. Thank you Maria!

Highly recommended!

The place is exactly as depicted - so charming and spacious! Lots of space for the six of us. Very clean. Three full baths, very comfortable beds with high end pillows and sheets. In a quiet location within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. I messaged Maria before we left Vancouver. She was so attentive to our needs. A super host! Fabulous apartment, well located.

We had a brilliant stay at Maria’s apartment. It was perfect. Communication with Maria before and during stay was excellent, including her meet and greet at the apartment. The place was spotless . Spacious rooms with really comfortable beds. The location is great for getting to all the main areas of old Lisbon.. in fact we were able to walk to most neighbourhoods from the apartment including Bairro Alto and Chiado. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Girls trip to Portugal and Spain

Maria is top notch! I had communication with her before leaving the US and day before arrival in Lisbon and on our way to the apartment from the airport. Met us at the apartment and we were able to check in early. She familiarized us with the apartment and gave us some information about the neighborhood. She answered questions by What's app during our stay. The apartment is lovely and updated. Lots of space and three full bathrooms was fantastic! We would stay here again if we return to Lisbon.

We were 3 elderly couples from the US and shared this 3 bedroom -3 bath apartment. It was very comfortable for the group and located in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to local restaurants which were wonderful. Saw lots of Lisbon in our one week stay and would stay here again.

Just What We Were Looking for

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Portugal and Maria’s apartment helped make that possible. A quiet yet convenient location we could walk to fabulous restaurants, cafes, wine bars, grocery stores and shops. For plans involving more distance we would request a Bolt and would be picked up within 5 minutes every time. 20 minute ride to the main train station Lisboa Oriente gave us easy access to other areas outside of Lisbon. Maria was a gracious host and the apartment was clean, bright and well appointed. This was 5 stars for us and we would not hesitate to recommend to others!

Delightful stay

Maria was very nice and communicative with me and my party from the time we booked until the day we checked in. She met us at the apartment and gave us the run down of the residence, the neighborhood, and some recommendations for where to eat. I stayed with my Father and a friend of his who don't walk much and have some difficulty with stairs and inclines. This apartment is on the second floor so one flight of stairs had to be climbed, but they were able to handle that okay. I was able to walk to most places around Lisbon that I wanted to see without too much difficulty and enjoyed doing so. The apartment itself was very quaint and had some great character. Absolutely recommend Maria and this apartment.

It has all the ingredients for a perfect stay

The apartment was superb, in an excellent location with a fabulous host. Maria met us to complete check-in and provided us with some really useful local knowledge. We booked as a family of 4 but only three of us was able to travel. We had loads of room. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It can comfortably accommodate the 6 people advertised. Individual couples would enjoy privacy & independence if they wished. The kitchen had all the amenities one could need and oodles of cutlery meaning that - even with 6 people - you wouldn't need to use the dishwasher every evening. The location was excellent with easy access to all the attractions, transport for those further afield and also to some excellent restaurants. Maria was delightful, very approachable and accommodating and went to huge lengths to make sure that our stay was as good as it could possibly have been. My family and I enjoyed our stay, would go back in a heartbeat and would unreservedly recommend the apartment to family, friends & colleagues.

Pictures Do Not Do Justice - Fabulous!

Our family of 6 adults traveled from US to Lisbon. This was our first location stay and it did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and host was a joy to meet. Location of unit is perfectly located to shopping, eating and train/buses. It was spotless and all required needs were available. Beds slept wonderfully and bathrooms were large enough for all family members. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for an amazing experience.
