Best family apartment

Huge apartment. Each room has a bathroom and the dining area was spacious. Had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay again especially since the location is very convenient to get around old Lisbon.

One of the best stays we have ever had! Mafalda was wonderful - so communicative and helpful. She explained everything in the apartment and provided guidance throughout our stay. This apartment exceeded our expectations. We were very warmly welcomed before the check in time. The host was very responsive on text. The apartment itself was amazing. It had great views of the river and sao jorge castle. It is very well located, close to all attractions in the city. We loved walking everywhere. The apartment has many fixtures which are very thougtful and detailed. Everything was catered for. We were even left a gift at departure. Highly highly recommend this property

We were cared for so well during our Christmas holiday! This was the first time me and my family were visiting Lisbon. Their private car service was excellent and made it very easy for us to arrive at the apartment. The driver was waiting for us at the arrivals airport with my name on a sign. There was a cleaner every two days, keeping our apartment clean. The location is perfect and close to everything. We were also given a lot of information about nearby groceries, tourist attractions and restaurants. It is very easy to go downstairs and just find a restaurant. Me and my family would happily stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon, thank you very much!

It’s a great experience for our arrival in Lisbon. Location is perfect for all attractions. Ben is so friendly and made our stay an unforgettable experience to celebrate my birthday with a surprised cake and bouquet of flowers arranged by my hubby. It’s walkable distance for all attractions and closed to metro stations and taxi waiting outside the entrance most of the time. The kitchen is well equipped with salt and pepper and olive oil. Except I need more clear instructions to use the microwave oven to avoid trouble…. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was nearby most everything we wanted to do in terms of sights and dining. The location is a vibrant neighborhood with bustling nightlife. The staff was incredibly generous with their time and knowledge offering up recommendations and assistance whenever needed - they were always available to answer questions and assist with bookings, car service, and lots of tips for getting around this charming city. Excellent Area, with Special Attention to Detail!

We recently stayed at Chiado Mery - Lisbon Best Apartments as a family, and couldn't have been more impressed. The apartment was clean, nicely appointed, and our special requests (crib & highchair) were there without issue (which as other parent travellers know, can't always be counted on!) They even went so far, as to leave a little gift teddy, for our young son, which he loved and was a special touch. Excellent area, lovely apartment, would love to stay here again.
