Booked this hotel based on the location! Lots of restaurants, shops and walkable to everything! The room was well appointed, Smeg brand small appliances, heated tile bathroom flooring, two Juliet balconies and a full sized ironing board! We included the breakfast during our six night stay and we were extremely disappointed! We were given the choice of only one hot drink, tea or coffee, ( any other hot beverage would be an extra cost) One choice of either a yogurt or a juice and a plate of subpar croissants and three small bread rolls each! Three slices of cheese and three small slices of meat( not prosciutto) mortadella I think, and a piece of fruit! If you wanted eggs or anything else there was a cost! Just found that for the price it was not worth it and it didn’t change, so six days of the same was less than appetizing.

Spacious rooms and great location

The location is superb, right next to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to transportation and sightseeing. We felt safe in the area around the hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room free of charge, and the original room was already supposed to be much larger than the other options we had researched in Lisbon. It had a large bed, kitchenette, sitting room, and even two separate bathrooms/showers which we found to be very convenient. The bathroom floors and kitchen table could have used some more cleaning, but overall we were very satisfied with our decision to stay here. Would definitely recommend!

We were so happy to have found this hotel. The rooms are large and have everything you could possibly want for a short or extended stay. The decor is modern, and the floor to ceiling windows which lead to Juliet balconies are a romantic touch. The location is perfectly central and has a cab stand a few meters away. The staff was the icing on the cake, so friendly and helpful. We were saddened to read the reviews about the owners trying to evict the little liquor shop attached, it gives the street its character and we hope they sort it out and keep the shop.

Great location, large apartment, friendly staff - would stay there again. Some minor issues: the thermostats in the two rooms had a mind of their own - they would sometimes reset in the middle of the night and switch from 21-22C to 18C; also, we got three small bottles of water on arrival but never again during our one week stay.

Great area, nice suite on 4th floor with three beds, three WCs, a living room, a dining room and a small well equipped kitchen area. Very clean - thank you to the housekeepers! The ladies at the front desk are kind and helpful. The setup of the switches is confusing and there's a lack of towel hooks, but not a big deal, just inconvenient. Our whole family kept commenting on how well we slept the entire week and it's wonderful. Don't hesitate!

Top Tier Establishment

Extraordinary hotel with artistically curated and spacious rooms. The service is excellent and the hotel is literally in the heart of the action. I loved that my windows opened to the square, but when closed ensured my room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs has incredible cocktails and delicious food. Don’t forget to try a Ginjinha shot in Rossio Square!
