Sehr schöne Wohnung in schöner Lage. Aber!Laut Beschreibung gab es ein vollausgestattete Küche. Diese war auch vorhanden aber nicht benutzbar. Als wir am ersten Abend duschen waren (Warmwasserboiler) und den Ofen einschalteten, flog die Sicherung heraus. Dies passierte auch beim Einschalten einer zweiten Herdplatte nach dem Duschen. Im Telefonat erklärten die Vermieter, dass wegen der alten Leitungen im Haus keine zwei Küchengeräte gleichzeitig benutzbar sind. Also nur der Ofen oder nur die Mikrowelle oder nur 1 (!) Herdplatte. Wir konnten das Essen, für das wir eingekauft hatten, deshalb nicht zubereiten. In der Beschreibung war das nicht angegeben. Als wir die Vermieter deshalb um einen Nachlass baten, wurde das abgelehnt und auch FeWO hat uns trotz Nachfragen dabei keine Unterstützung geboten (beide haben auf den jeweils anderen verwiesen).

La limpieza fatal, las sabanas de mis hijos estaban llenas de pelos de mujer y de hombre, no habian sabanas de repuesto. En el baño no hay ningun enchufe por lo que tienes que ir a otro sitio a secarte el pelo sin espejo. En la habitacion de matrimonio hay una chimenea que no se ve en la foto y cuando sopla el viento se mete el olor a humo. No hay calefaccion en el piso por lo que en invierno el que lo alquile va listo.

He pasado con mi familia 4 días en Lisboa, todo ah salido bien, ya que iba con un poco de miedo ya que unos conocidos de Oporto (dende estuvimos otros 4 días) nos dijeron que en Reboleira el índice de delincuencia era de los más altos de Portugal, desaconsejándonos salir por la noche.El piso en sí, está bastante bien, es un apartamento de un dormitorio, al que le han quitado el salón para hacer otro dormitorio, lo cual nos ha generado algún conflicto pues mis hijos querían ver la TV y nosotros irnos a la cama.En el piso había todo lo necesario tanto de higiene como para la cocina, incluido un set de estropajo y bayeta nuevos, el Wifi funciona perfecto, lo peor ha sido la apertura de la puerta de entrada al edificio, debes disponer de conexión de datos para poder entrar tanto al edificio como a la vivienda. Como nuestro operador no disponía de datos en Portugal, el primer día nos abrió un vecino el portal, una vez dentro pasamos al piso tecleando el código en la puerta, dentro del piso (gracias a Dios) había una llave NCF para abrir la puerta del portal.
