Overall it was a nice place to stay! The parking is too tight! It didn’t help that two construction worker trucks took up six parking spots, and two other vehicles parked over the lines! All oversized vehicles should be forced to park on the streets! The TV in the living room didn’t work and wasn’t fixed after two requests! Fortunately, the one in the bedroom worked. It gets hot when the sun shines and there are no screens on the windows and no air conditioning! But overall, it was better than the last time we stayed here because we were more familiar with how everything worked!

Hot tub is under construction. (Apparently has been for a long time.) which is the main reason we chose this hotel. Our room was very uncomfortable. Main heater did not work bedroom heater blew out cooled air and made loud noises. Tv only got a few channels and just turn off randomly or stop working. Couch was not big enough for four people bathtub and Poor shape could not even take a bath. When we asked about partial refund, they said they would get back to us and never did.

Loved our ocean view! The building is a bit dated with some broken blinds and stained carpets but the bed/suite was very cozy and affordable! Staff was nice at check in and check out! Would recommend and revisit!

The room could bave been a bit cleaner, but we went in with low expectations because of the mixed reviews, but overall it was fine. Mini fridge needed to be cleaned, but overall it was an amazing room. Hot tub looking out over the ocean in my room. Almost full kitchen. We loved it. And for the price it was excellent. Service was great. We will totally be back.

Hot tub was out of order, so glad I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub otherwise it would have really been a bummer. Also, I very much wish the bed had been softer. Overall, decent visit. Having beach access so close to the hotel was awesome, but just know, those stairs are a workout!

The knob on the sink came off as well as the wand on the curtain. Ran water for a long time in sink and never did get hot water. Happily I did get a hot shower. The balcony has a glass railing. Could not see over it or through it to look at the ocean if I was sitting. Disappointing.

The hot tub is no longer available as weather conditions took it out, wish I had know that ahead of time. The property is extremely run down a the parking situation is limited. The price was very affordable and you definitely get what you pay for. The staff were all very nice and we had an amazing view from the room and easy beach access. The bed was comfy but I am very glad I brought extra blankets from home on the trip as the room was very cold and you are only provided a small space heater to warm the room. The coffee maker in the room did not work but they also have free coffee available in the office.

This place makes me very upset. They have new owners and had black mold growing in the bathroom of there room. They claim there is no smoking but there were tears in the screens on the window with cigarette ash all over the windows. The sheets smelt of over bleaching as if they were covering up something. Every corner of the place was filthy.
