Really the only thing I found to be a problem was there was no heat in the bathroom, which I found very unusual. Also, for some reason to use the television, you had to use two different remote controls, which was pretty irritating. Other than those things for the price, the room was decent

It was very clean. No coffee in rooms. No amenities such as bar soap or lotion. They did provide soap and shampoo in dispensers. I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the ice machine.

The check in desk was border line rude the couch in my room had a cover that doesn't fit and underneath the cover couch was not nice . Unused to stay here years ago went way down hill

There was bed bugs. I woke up there were on my body at 2:40am. Instead of moving us to a move upgrade room. Send lower standard room. I was very upset but didn't want to start problems. I didn't sleep rest of the morning.
