Lincoln city review
Location and property were very nice, would recommend them again. However, one of the reasons for renting this property was the hot tub. When we got there is was set at 104 but only 88 degrees, very cold. I emailed/texted customer service, they said they would fix on their end. Next morning checked again still 88 and cold. Email again they said they did something on their end and it was fixed. But it wasn’t. Later that afternoon when I emailed again they then stated it was the motherboard and they knew the whole time the hot tub was not working., so they were I fact lying to me the whole time with our conversation back and forth. I should have been notified before checking in with the options of either a different location or the option to cancel. Had I at least known then I could have a decision. I think some sort of refund should be done. I was refunded 70 for the hot tub cleaning that you did not have to do. But this was a big deal and one of the main dying choose this location.
