隔音不是很好 唯一優點是有家庭房 連住三晚。第一天沒有廁紙，是自己找到補充包裡拿出來的 第二三天只有補茶包沒有小餅乾、建議可以提供給客人在地的小零嘴.而不是全聯賣的小餅乾。沒有凸顯當地特色 大廳8-10有供小餐點、第一晚8：30到、還有一點魚丸湯。跟服務人員反應沒有湯碗。竟然回沒有就沒有了。整個傻眼🙄只有咖啡機裡的飲品免費。其他要錢~ 最後是外出去超商買吃的 對第一次第一天到金門旅客來說,不太友善 竟然要提供給房客吃。應該大方點。種類多點。讓人印象深刻，才留得住回頭客。

飯店整體環境衛生有待加強。我們入住的房間煙味非常非常重，免強睡了一晚以後，第二天我們要求換房。飯店方表示需要付額外費用才能換房間，我們也付了。這次換到的房間冷氣不冷，櫃檯拿來了電扇希望能幫助降溫，但效果非常有限。我們最後臨時決定提早check out，因為房間環境真的很不理想。
