Beautiful & charming! Gorgeous kitchen! Andrea was a great host! We did get to enjoy some time on the front porch watching the horses grazing next door. This location was under 30 minutes from Keenland, great restaurants, Windstar Farm and charming Midway!

This was our second time staying here in KY and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, period. It’s impeccably clean, very well stocked, and the location is so gorgeous. The owner is so kind and so thoughtful. We’ll definitely be back!

Horses & Bourbon

Beautiful property with new upgrades throughout. Perfect for two couples w/o children (ideally). Only 1 hour drive to Bardstown and Louisville distilleries and situated near Midway for great restaurants. Will definitely use this location again!

Awesome Place for Weekend at Keeneland

The house is in a beautiful rural setting with a perfect front porch to enjoy the scenery. The house is very nice and is as described. It is very efficient for meals before and after a day at Keeneland. Everything worked well and the owner is very responsive. I hope to stay there again soon.

Hideaway Getaway

This hidden cottage was the perfect find for our family! There was plenty to do and see in the area, but with all the rain we had, staying indoors was a favorite! The property was quiet, scenic and comfortable for our family. Wonderful memories were made in this hideaway home. Thanks Andrea!

The cutest home!

One of the best rental experiences we have ever had! Andrea is phenomenal, so accommodating, responsive, and friendly. The house is incredibly charming, spacious, and exactly as pictured. Location is absolutely perfect for heading to Keeneland with a beautiful drive and zero traffic. We travel to Lex for Keeneland multiple times a year and can’t wait to stay here again!

The location eas very nice. We had a wedding at the Saxony Polo Barn to attend, the location of this house was very convenient for the wedding. Wedding Weekend Retreat

We have a large family and Andrea’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay in preparation for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby farm. This home offered everything we needed with ample space for our preparations. It was clean, well stocked, updated, and beautifully decorated. There were even fall touches to greet us upon arrival. I would absolutely recommend this home for the perfect little get away!

Andrea’s home was absolutely perfect for our week in Kentucky for the Keeneland sales. Very accurate description of the property, (which also meant it was easy for an elderly lady to get around on a rollator.) Great location if you enjoy a little peace and quiet, but also with in 15 mins of everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Look No Further!

This is an absolutely wonderful rental. The property and home are wonderful. Home has everything you need for any type of getaway. Comfortable and stylish—well stocked kitchen, excellent home furnishings and mechanics. Superb location to enjoy country peace and quiet yet close to all sorts of great area activities. Andrea is a wonderful host—fast and effective communicator and attentive to guest accommodations or needs.
