An EXCELLENT hotel. Check in process was very pleasant and the hotel is very nice and clean!! 5stars in my opinion couldn’t have ask for better. The beds were COMFORTABLE after a long day of traveling!!

The property is clean, in a nice location, felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast and coffee bar was even surprisingly good. However it's not well sound insulated - I was on the 4th floor and could still hear all the traffic, you can hear everything happening in the halls, even the air unit was unusually loud. If you're a heavy sleeper it might not be an issue for you, but if you're a light sleeper like me it might not be the best option. Otherwise the property was very nice.

first stay at a Tru and it woun't be our last. I love the eco-friendliness of this hotel... 24/7 coffee in the lobby, instead of those horrible little room coffee makers that put more into the landfill than into your tastebuds. Bulk shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms instead of those little individual packages. Great gym, they had a Trigger Point foam roller that I used for the first time and was so happy witht the results I boughtg one for home. The complementary breakfast was very good, but the trendy pancake maker created a huge line thought the middle of the staging area. The bed was comfortable and the room was more than satisfactory. THE BAD; TESLA ONLY CHARGERS... the type of car charger needs to be specified, as I needed to make other charging plans on the fly, HUGE INCONVIENCE! Love it!!! we'll put Tru on the top of our list

The staff and stay were excellent despite some hiccups. The TV didn't seem to go past HDMI 1 and we couldn't get the cable to work. Didn't bother us we had a laptop. The toilet leaked pretty bad and the AC was finicky leaving the room very hot. Around 72. For some that's perfect for me blistering. We weren't in the room a lot as we returned late from the event we were attending and we went and shot some pool down stairs for a few hours so it wasn't until around midnight before we really noticed the room temp. Staff did offer to switch rooms but we declined as it was already so late in the evening. This was our choice and the staff is excellent. Breakfast was good loved the pool table and downstairs amenities and breakfast was very good. Will stay here again hope they work out the kinks.
