Wasn't the handicapped room I booked. Phone didn't work to complain. 3rd and 4th floor smelled like weed. Apparently it been an on going problem with no resolution. Used Travelocity. Marriott Bonvoy app. Didn't get the points. This room didn't show on the app for purchase.

We checked in late in the evening and there was a large group of teens gathered in the lobby/buffet area. They were not misbehaving but the large number caused it to be very noisy. The desk clerk informed us that since the only king room meeting our reservation type was immediately above the lobby, she was upgrading us to a king suite in order to get us on the 5th floor and away from the noise. Definitely went the extra step to make sure we had the best experience. I have always had a good experience at Fairfield Inn and Suites and will always choose them over other hotels in the area whenever possible.
