Rented four rooms. Ants in one, stopped up sink in one. All vending machines empty. I am honors member, no water offered at check in. 3 members of our group sat for an hour to order at bar, got menu but no one took order, gave up.

Very subpar hotel. Mold all along the bottom of the shower and around the sink. I’m not talking about just a little mold but a black ring around the entire shower base caulking. In addition, we requested maid service for our three night stay and we were told it would be no problem. However, even when I followed up each day to remind them, I never once got service. On my last day, the manager came and told me the reason I received no service was because they had people checking in and out and it was very busy. Nothing like feeling special, huh? Frankly, this will be my last stay at an Embassy Suites.

I guess there is a parking charge no matter if you park or not?! I received $20charge even though i didn’t have a car parked. No one asked. No one informed of a charge. Just sent a receipt after checkout
