Close to lots of entertainment in the Distillery District. Six adult couples and each had their own bedroom and bath. Condo well maintained. Regular EMS path so nice gesture to have ear plugs by each bed. Manchester Hotel across street very nice for formal dining downstairs and rooftop casual.

The home is decorated incredibly well and feels brand new. Everything was spotless and you felt like the home could have almost been a model home the way it was furnished. The only draw back was the busy street and emergency vehicle traffic. The owners did their best to accommodate with ear plugs and white noise machines, but only heavy sleepers won’t notice, especially the bedrooms facing the Main Street. Location and home is perfect outside of that. All three family members also appreciated that all three bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We really DID enjoy our stay and would come back again!

Good Location - Close to Rupp

The location was good and walkable to Rupp and the distillery district. We booked this for a conference in town and it worked out well. The road noise was a little much but the owner provided earplugs by the bed in case it bothered anyone.

Great house...noise unbearable

The actual house was fantastic and exactly what we were hoping for. The street noise is almost unbearable at night. I know other reviews mentioned it, but nothing prepared us for how loud it really was. It's almost like cars and motorcycles race down the road at night.

Perfect location and accommodations for our stay

We all really loved the place and how close we were to the distillery district and being able to walk to downtown. The interior was extremely clean and well organized. The beds were super comfortable with sound machines that were great for blocking noises. Will definitely book again if we get back to Lexington.

Great Horse Country getaway!

Great Location and condo

The condo was beautiful! Everything was laid out and wonderfully decorated. The location is amazing close to everything. It is a little noisy by the major street, but there are earplugs and a noise machine that is provided. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect weekend stay for a game at Rupp Arena

This property was perfect for a weekend stay to attend a game at Rupp Arena. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed - great beds, great water pressure - just a very nice property with garage parking. And the bonus is we were able to walk to and from the Arena from the home which made the experience that much better. I've rented a lot of properties for weekend and vacation stays since we are a family of five and often have teenage friends tag along, so hotels are not ideal. This one was top notch. Property manager responded to a question within minutes. Highly recommend.
