"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful for a walkable stay in Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet was very good. Missing in our stay were no in-room refrigerator and quiet. There was a strange, moderately loud, intermittent noise occurring 24 hours a day."
