Super close to terminal and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes to/from Terminal 2. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Lobby has a scale to weight suitcases. Nice casual bar too. I would use this hotel again.

When I got to the hotel, they said it was overbooked, I didn't get my room. stayed in the lobby over night, because I need to catch up flight early in the morning. The staff couldn't do anything to solve the problem, the boss was sleeping and didn't answer the phone for giving any solution for their problem!! Terrible experience!!! It's their system problem, but let me suffered all this! Expedia just gave 25cad credit as compensation!!

Did not receive instructions as to where to go to find the shuttle to the hotel. Did not have a local phone and so had to borrow a phone to call the hotel. For this I give it only 3 stars. And yes the rooms are small...very small. Ok if you have only carry-ons.

The hotel is a little far from the airport but the shuttle makes it super convenient. The room we had was small and over was ok to just sleep. Shower smell musty but I didnot see obvious mold or dirt. It’s cheap for a night to sleep and convenient.

The propery is under renovation. The beds are comfortable. We stayed here because of its close proximity to thd airport and reasonable price. Finding the shuttle to get to the hotel was difficult, but it was a short ride.

Poor service

The only problem with this hotel is the staff. Short and intolerant. Also maid staff attempts to enter every room at 8 am which switches on the automated door lighting in the room and switches off the AC, even though checkout is not until 11. Also the website indicated there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel which there is but neither are open, ever. We were informed we should order uber eats if we want food.

The shuttle never picked us up, we had to take an Uber, then the front desk said they didn't have the room we paid for. Finally after an hour we got a different room. Very unprofessional. Will never stay there again.

My stay in the hotel was awesome. There is nearby restaurant to eat good food. The room and environment of the hotel was so clean. The free airport Surttle bus arrived at the exact time promised.
