I went downstairs at 12:00 a.m. because I had couldn't sleep to have a beer and I asked him to charge it to my room and they said they do not do that and I had to come back to the room and get my credit card. I don't want to go back because my husband was sleep and I don't want to disturb him but I found that odd that they cannot charge a beer in your room. Even though I was sitting in the lobby and I told them I'm hungry stuff did not care. They went back and forth to the fridge getting all the beverages they wanted in potato chips and Etc for themselves and giggling and laughing which was another low type of hospitality. I was the manager I would offer my guest a beer and a potato chips for example and I would ask them to pay within checkout. That is hospitality"
